get the audio book "how to win friends and influece people" dale carnegie, it'll help you stop this cold. best book i've ever read for knowledge for our communication skills of today. you won't have a reason to lie...you won't ever have to again, because it helps you see other ways to do and tell people things, truthfully! good luck man.
