Need help,i go to my profile and tap on upload pic so do then it says to choose file to so when i snap a pic ,in the center is a circle that starts going around,well it stop and goes bk to the screen where it says add photo.need help like now

Everytime i try to upload a pic it tells me to go to file to ,so when i do it goes bk to the load pic screen and on top in yellow box is tells me to down a file,well,i did that 5times and it still tells me this.help
