Need help,i go to my profile and tap on upload pic so do then it says to choose file to so when i snap a pic ,in the center is a circle that starts going around,well it stop and goes bk to the screen where it says add photo.need help like now

after you hit browse and it has the circle come up and takes you back to the add a picture screen does it have something writen next to the browse , on the right of it ?? if so then hit upload photo |
