It depends on a few things:
1) What diet are you on
2) How long do you exercise
3) How often do you workout
4) What intensity are you working out at

Rest days are important so do not neglect those either, but no more than 2 days if you can help it. Notice number 1 though, that's very important.

Thoughts/Suggestions? I seem to catch fakes a lot and very few real people.
