I've been going through menopause for years....thank God the periods are gone..but I did develop depression...frustration..moodiness...did not want to take a pill for it ..I would rather do natural. I also changed my diet to being healthier.

Wow...I'm so sorry..but that's exactly how I felt when I lost both parents 8 months apart and I had to walk out of cottage forever. It's been eight years and I still grieve. ..it's something you never get over..u just have to find ways to stop thinking and keep your mind busy.

Yes but your site has alot of glitches....I put on my postal code for pickering and it would take let me change it...I did this several times. I know my postal code and where I live.
