I noticed I became light headed the day I just began spotting. Now I am bleeding like crazy... 3rd day. I was running to bathroom every half hour there for a bit today. I became very concerned about the light headed ness when I wasn't even bleeding badly but thought maybe it's all hormone related. If you have had perimenopause... what symptoms did you have?

The irregular bleeding and dizziness is just part of it , I think.

I mostly was dealing with the mood swings, hot flashes and the mass bleeding. Insomnia became a big issue also.

I was not able to go to a doctor, get hormones..
nothing liken that.
So I started my own research and dramatically
changed my eating and exercise habits.

I swear by it. In a matter of just a few months I was feeling
so much better. Sleeping better.
I really believe our female bodies are equipped to get us through all this but it's really important we take care of ourselves.

I agree. I am in menopause and changing my eating habits has stopped the mood swings, and the night sweats. I also found that if you eat properly; you have less chance of heart problems. My friend got me ono an Asian diet and I swear it works. I also work out on a regular basis which keeps the pounds off because when you hit menopause the weight will come on.

it was made by Be ye naturals ...

it is actually made by "At Last Naturals "...

When I went through the peri-menopause, the periods were sporatic in flow and duration..
I did not notice depression, but then, I smoke pot..
Further along I got the night sweats, but not too bad.
I just sucked up the symptoms..as they seemed mild as to what others experienced..
I was given an option for estrogen, but declined due to it causes cancer..
I have been period free for years and lovin it!

I've been going through menopause for years....thank God the periods are gone..but I did develop depression...frustration..moodiness...did not want to take a pill for it ..I would rather do natural. I also changed my diet to being healthier.
