Exactly.

It depends. If you're struggling to work up a conversation, then...eh. However, if you're having trouble making time for each other because of work-related commitments or such...that's different.

Crossed arms says stay away. Licking your lips or swallowing says that you have a dry mouth, which happens when a person is turned on, same with flared nostrils (though that could mean other things.) If someone looks at the ground a lot it communicates insecurity, or upward, left right, around anywhere but at you, it communicates nervousness. Just google "body language" and you'll come across a slew of information.
