If you have to work "Hard" on it

It wouldn't feel natural

Therefore maybe is not meant to be

I understand compromising but like i said

If it doesn't feel natural ohwell

Forcing it or "making it work" no, but working together in a stable relationship is a healthy thing.

I think it flows with effort and work from everyone, also some people just click, and some dont.

If I dont feel inspired to put forth effort for someone, its not worthwile to me.

Now if I have to slave at it, hell no.

If we dont get along, its a no go.

Exactly.

It depends. If you're struggling to work up a conversation, then...eh. However, if you're having trouble making time for each other because of work-related commitments or such...that's different.

it's not all touchy feely and warm and fuzzy after the initial infatuation starts to wear off and you're pickin up smelly socks and skidmark underwear for the 100th time or late for work cause you can't find your keys cause someone "tidied" for the 100th time

or you want to watch the Colts and the Patriots and she wants to watch "What not to wear".

You do have to work pretty hard at it sometimes or it just wont work

The idea that relationships don't take work is fairytale, IMO. It takes two people giving 100%.

Relationships should flow because of the work and the result has to be worth the work.

That isn't to imply that a square peg/round hole situation is okay, either. Some things can't be forced and shouldn't be.

But given that I'm single...what do I know??? noway

The general relation should be a breeze but to make it last you have to work at it, improve, adjust, compromise, grow together and never forget that you are not alone in it.

That is why it is a good idea to be involved in an equal and compromising relationship in every which way.
