I've always believed where there is smoke, either a fire is present or building.

Being black, O would of course be resented by many as POTUS, and by that standard, should have been prepared for the obvious.

I'm NOT a birther, but I can't help but wonder over all the controversy on this issue. Why is there NEVER conclusive anything on this guy, just smoke and mirrors, and loads of attorneys and media bias?

OK, he's POTUS, but that should hold him to a higher standard of EVERYTHING! To find out now that the BC posted on the internet "is not a legal document", then one should be produced. Simple logic, and should be the easiest thing in the world for a citizen to do.

Logic, I am a voter, a citizen, and concerned that perhaps there is a discrepancy now due to all the smoke and mirrors.... Why can't an original be validated by a citizen committee to put this matter to rest once and for all? Simple matter, and logic, or is it just another of his many 2008 campaign lies that he chuckles off, denies (even with video), or ignores?

I guess the $750,000 taxable income, down from $5.5 Million in 2008, isn't enough to buy a decent forgery huh? laugh

citizens will have to campaign and vote for IN THE FUTURE such councils to 'verify' all nominees documents,,,

up to this point though, it hasnt been REQUIRED for previous presidents and wont be required here,,,

'abuse' is a highly overused and oversimplified term in the forums, thats why I always almost put it in quotes,,,,

MsHarmony...you "always almost"? .....can we say contradiction?

you clearly been hanging around "Cowboy 2" way to much

but it is somewhat poetic how you always attempt to cover your butt in legalese

and ironic how you somehow understand the complexity of language after all

you are correct, always is an absolute, I made a grammatical error

Now, that done, still does nothing to change my point,,,,

actually it does change your point...since you admitted now that you don't "always almost" place "abusive" in quotes, it now displays how your previous post and now your latter post are still contradictions ...especially since you didn't include a substitute word for "almost always" it renders both posts incomplete

in other words...perhaps you shouldn't mistake your ramblings as being complexity of language

how does a grammar error 'prove' a contradiction to my original point,,,?

keep trying

I cant know without first believing,,,,I cant reach a state of knowing without first believing

therefore there is no CHOICE between believing or knowing so long as both exist

Balance, in an ideal world

if I had to choose just one, Id prefer more brain than braun,,,,

braun can be developed a little easier if one has the brains to do it,, than the other way around

Can't we all just get along? sad

So what we have is a guy yelling at his high paid employee who produced crappy work and the same guy complaining that some tramp used him and played with his heart in order to get rich. I honestly don't see the problem here. He was upset and he was vocal about it.

I have been in supervisor and management positions for years and no matter how mad an employee has made me I have never even raised my voice or used profanity twoards them.

thats commendable

I worked for three years in a place where the owner/boss spoke to people with profanity DAILY if they werent doing their job

Every company I have worked for has had a no tolorance policy for that. I have seen managers get fired for it.

Frankly, there is no need to talk to an employee like that and people who do have no business supervising someone.

in my case, the one who set policy WAS the one who spoke like that,, it was his company,, he was a hands on boss, there everyday working and overseeing things,,,(Except when away for business conventions)...

understandable,,,

Im empathetic because I have heard him speak on occasions other than rants or under the influence and I have the impression that he is a deeply sensitive and intellectually brilliant man

it seems such a tragedy that he is stifled with the obvious emotional issues, without them, I wonder how much brilliance he could achieve,,,

I thought that too. THIS particular incident in the privacy of his home about his personal feelings on someones work or his relationship,,,,,not such a big deal to me either,,,,

poor guy,, brilliant actor with so many demons

it does have to suck to give your money away to someone how has tried to harm you in some way though,,,

Poor guy? When talking about Mel Gibson, that doesn't really fit. The guy is a nutcase.

sometimes nutcases have reasons they have become nutcases...

I think Mel has had some serious hard times in his life,,so I feel bad for him,,especially with his brilliance

Fergal said: This article is completely untrue - no wonder birthers are so ill informed if this is where they get their information. I watched the whole proceedings and Hill didn't admit the image was a forgery at all. All parties, the judge and both sets of lawyers agreed the computer image was inadmissible as it is obviously not a certified document. All Apuzzo's evidence was disparaged by the judge because it was just innuendo and rumour downloaded from the internet. It got the treatment it deserved - he was more or less laughed out of court by a judge that let him present his case for over hours. If you don't believe me you can watch the video of their entire proceedings yourself here:

People have as many reasons to be pro obama as they do to be pro romney,,,,,

depending upon their personal vision for their 'country'

my view is more in line with what I see OBama standing for, where all citizens are valuable and worthwhile and not just those at the top of the financial status totem pole

I tend to see Romney as more the type who only sees value in those who are already 'successful',,,,

apparently,

they are taking a commentary as factual without researching what the details were,,,

but thats the instant 'information' age for ya,,,

I will feel stupid if a relevant and reliable source actually reports some DETAILS of what the judgment was and exactly how it was worded,, instead of a subjective summary,,,,,,

I think peoples beliefs are their personal business, and that beliefs dont need to be tolerated unless they turn into behavior

then I think certain actual behaviors exhibited by an individual may or may not be wise to tolerate,,,,

Problem is, if the entire reason you aren't tolerating something is based on religion......then you are stepping into their personal business in effect which you really have no place doing.

But again what if the core tenants of a faith are to lie, kill, harm, and do mean things to those NOT of your faith? Christians are annoying but they don't have a holy war on everyone else. Can you tolerate a faith out to either force you to their way or kill you?

Im not aware of such a universal faith

most FAITHS Im aware of have books with many doctrines that can and have been interpreted many ways depending upon who reads them,,,,

I am waiting for Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson to go on TV and announce that the suspect needs to be charged and either locked away for life or executed.

Still waiting.

I didnt hear those people demanding zimmerman be locked away for 'life' or 'executed'

charged,, yes

and this woman has been charged ALREADY,, so there is no pressure needed

Yes it matters if she was black...was her boyfriend white or black? That will tell a lot. Maybe she planned on selling the baby. From what I know she told her boyfriend she was pregnant...but who knows.

This happened in Texas, they'll fry her quickly. I wonder if they'll put a bounty out on her like they did on Zimmerman? Hey all's fair.

what would the bounty be for? havent the cops already captured and incarcerated her for the killing?
LOL....never heard of a bounty in prison?

thats true, I hear there is a natural 'bounty' for those who mess with or kill kids

not so sure about killing moms though,, so MANY men are in for that offense
