I really think women could change the world if we respected ourselves more and raised the bar for men. IT starts with children and too many are not being very cautious when it comes to who they lie down with (And potentially bring life into the world with).

We have to be careful, not just to protect our own hearts, but to be vigilante in not contributing to a culture that is harmful for children and doing what we can to contribute instead to making the most advantageous environment for children instead.

Fatherless children have it rough, and it starts with us women who decide to lay down with the type of men that are not going to really be a father,,,,,

just something to think about,,,

"Young men who grow up in homes without fathers are twice as likely to end up in jail as those who come from traditional two-parent families

63% of youth suicides are from fatherless homes (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of the Census

85% of all children that exhibit behavioral disorders come from fatherless homes (United States Center for Disease Control)

71% of all high school dropouts come from fatherless homes (National Principals Association Report on the State of High Schools.)

70% of juveniles in state-operated institutions come from fatherless homes (U.S. Dept. of Justice, Special Report, Sept 1988

Boys who grow up in father-absent homes are more likely that those in father-present homes to have trouble establishing appropriate sex roles and gender identity.(P.L. Adams, J.R. Milner, and N.A. Schrepf, Fatherless Children, New York, Wiley Press, 1984).

Children from low-income, two-parent families outperform students from high-income, single-parent homes. Almost twice as many high achievers come from two-parent homes as one-parent homes. (One-Parent Families and Their Children, Charles F. Kettering Foundation, 1990).

Only 13 percent of juvenile delinquents come from families in which the biological mother and father are married to each other. By contract, 33 percent have parents who are either divorced or separated and 44 percent have parents who were never married. (Wisconsin Dept. of Health and Social Services, April 1994).

The likelihood that a young male will engage in criminal activity doubles if he is raised without a father and triples if he lives in a neighborhood with a high concentration of single-parent families. Source: A. Anne Hill, June O'Neill, Underclass Behaviors in the United States, CUNY, Baruch College. 1993

I think you just made a beautiful statement, an eloquent and hart-rending call for mandatory abortions for all unmarried pregnant women.

I applaud you for your free-thinking effort, because your better personal morals superceeded the religious and oppressive dogma of all religions which forbid abortion.

Well done, MsHarmony.

Bravo!!! Kudos to you for your bravado.

lol, you know better wux

there is actually another alternative to abortions

wait for it,,,

ABSTINENCE (oh, god no, thats like asking folks to walk on water these days,,,)

or,, the slightly easier option of RESPONSIBLE protection,,,,,

(as opposed to BC that isnt taken properly, or condoms that arent place properly or have holes and such,,,,etc,,,)

yeah, I know, thats a mood killer for that healthy human urge to just get it when you want it and how you want it,,,,,

Fredrika Wilson D.Fla. Now, she was sure that Trevon was hunted down by Zimmerman like, as she said, "like a rabid dog and shot". She must have known something or she wouldn't have said that. Would she? spock

she may have been stating a personal opinion based upon the fact that Z admitted to following the kid, in a car, and THEN on foot

and the fact that Z had a gun on him at the time

and the fact that Z did indeed shoot an unarmed minor dead....after referring to him as an Ahole and expressing frustration that he might 'get away'

Let's review, it's Florida it wasn't cold and that is why senior citizens go there during the winter. It didn't warrant wearing a hooded sweatshirt with the hood up to conceal your identity in a store(which is never warranted btw).

NICE TRY,, why is he heard saying its cold on the tape then? Florida does get cold at night,,,,it doesnt stay hot 24/7 365,,,,,travel a bit,,,,

No, it is pretty warm there around the clock, much like Vegas. But you will whatever you can to defend the PUNK.

Pah. Wishful thinking on your part.

As per the 911 tape...

Zimmerman stated it was raining... ergo Hoody UP.

I would like to see this tried in a court of law. I will not convict either man...

Nor will I stand by and say nothing when twisted facts are relayed.

Those tropical rains are just so cold...........whoa

still no answer on why Zimmerman was wearing a HEAVY JACKET,,,much heavier than what a hoody is,,,,,????

Yes, we will probably never know everything. yawn

no, but we can make logical conclusions

if someone was wearing a heavy coat and taped saying 'its cold'

and the average nighttime low in that ragion at that time is in the mid fifties to sixties

,,,it was probably cold enough for a hoody,,,

and if that fails, there is generally a weather forecast that can be recalled and reviewed, to help with that particular knowledge

Reading about what someone can do to a tiny baby makes me want to bring back public hangings. Where was the mother, I wonder? Hang her useless a**, too, if she was aware at all that this horror was going on.

That aside: We do have enough legal sickos in this country, gawd knows we don`t need more of `em who are ILLEGAL.
I would surely vote for a guy/gal who had the guts to say that we need real SECURE borders to begin with. No such person could win, because too many people do not want that.

*Side note:
Google Garrett Hardin regarding border protection.

the southern border is nearly 2000 miles and the northern border is nearly 4000 miles

its naive to think either will ever be 100 percent secure any more than every house in any one town or every person in one town will be 100 percent safe

I dont really believe that most people dont want 'more' secure borders,, its just how to make that happen or prove it has happened that is the issue,,,

It is not naive to expect some money and effort to go into creating stronger borders. It IS more than the government is willing to do.

I disagree. I believe the government does and has thrown 'more' money and effort into the borders,,,the only debate is on if and when it will ever be 'enough' money and effort to appease a majority,,,

if thats what a "majority" wants, then thats what he should be doing...

the us budget doesnt necessarily work by majority rule,,,,

Sharpton breaks promise to Trayvon supporters, fails to show up in Sanford for Easter ‘Occupation’.
It’s unclear why Sharpton chose to abandon supporters of calls for “Justice for Trayvon.” Neither National Action Network spokeswoman Rachel Noerdlinger nor MSNBC spokesman Jeremy Gaines responded to The Daily Caller’s requests for comment on why he broke his promise.

The reason may be related to recent disclosures about the Martin shooting — facts which have not mirrored the point of view presented by Sharpton and his allies. Since Sharpton first promised he would occupy Sanford over Easter weekend, several elements of his favored storyline have fallen apart.

WOW! I am Shocked!!shocked

scared

or it could be related to the fact that his MOTHER recently died,,,,

my ex was a sailor,, not nearly as strict a regime as marines

he was arrested for assaulting me in our home, what some might think is 'off duty',, but guess what

AFTER returning to the ship, he was also placed in barracks for the assault,,,without me ever saying a word or pressing a charge

he was conducting himself in an unbecoming way that reflected on the navy because he was a sailor,,,,,

that's true. it's called double jeopardy. After the civilian courts are done, then you go to a military court for the same offense.

That post is complete BS, a lie. That is not possible not only because of Double Jeopardy but that's not how our system opperates.

lol,, you have been enlisted?

no lie about it and perhaps more research would be wise before accusing someone of lying

if the civilian courts get you, the military than has a cause for a conduct unbecoming citation in which they can and will decide upon punishment,,,

just a couple nice days n nights that caused me to think this but what do you think.Do women like it when you are straight with them upfront.(by the way im talking about when you just meet a girl)

it depends upon what you mean by 'straight'

if you mean do women like a man who only wants sex to be upfront about it,, I imagine the answer is usually yes

I imagine its almost always better than being mislead into false hopes of something more ,,,,,

This has been my rule. If I'm not going to seek anything other than sex, I'm not going to claim anything else. Unfortunately this has been less than successful, but I'm not going to mislead someone like a lot of guys seem to. That's just a d-----bag move.

trust, you havent faced the wrath of a woman who has had her heart played with,,,,

you have been successful,,,lol

Hi all.... I want to ask why people willing to start a relation wait for the other to approach???? N then when som1 else takes the chance they say i tried my best, i hope she/he didn't loved me.

its usually upbringing

I think people just have to be taught to communicate. I personally dont approach men except in general conversation, and then I read body language and pay attention to their conversation choices to decide if there seems to be an interest

if the interest is mutual, I would then elevate the conversation to a more personal one,,,,

some people prefer a partner who takes the initiative, others prefer to take initiative themself,, its really upbringing and personal choice,,,,IMHO

Just for the sake of your own mental health you do understand he was deported at one point and returned?

its right here.
"Officials also said that Galindo used numerous aliases and birth dates while residing illegally in New Mexico and was deported in August of last year."

So if he returned illegaly how can you blame Obama? Its not a mentaly healthy way to think.

President turd is suing my state as well as other states to stop the enforcement of immigration laws, by doing so tells me that he loves illegals. Its no secret that a majority of Hispanics vote democrat...coincidence that he opposes immigration laws?....I think not!

he doesnt oppose immigration laws....wth

he supports immmigration law being handled by the proper authority and not by POLICE, who are already overworked,,,,with keeping their communities safe

not validating peoples paperwork,,,,
and how come that Law-Enforcement isn't supposed to enforce Immigration-Law,as they do in any other Country?what

what other country do you have in mind,,

I know for a FACT (having traveled to most US states and a couple different countries), that law enforcement doesnt handle immigration law in ANY other country, although it might in SOME countries,,,

which country did you have in mind...?

You shouldn't make false statements like that. Our immigration enforcement procedures are a complete joke to all other countries.

what false statement?

but then, the Chicago Gangs always had Firearms, regardless of City-Laws!
And so do Criminals everywhere!
Only Lawabiding Citizens stick to the Law,and get penalized for it,or possibly even killed.mad

so, criminals dont get penalized or killed?

interesting,,,

The citizen doesn't make the choice to terrorize and kill his fellow.

The howlers, mohads, and slickhead type punks make that choice.

one mans terrorizer is another mans hero,,,,

its all up to the interpretation of the law
