word to the wise: when it comes to debate, the source just isnt gonna matter

if someone chooses to disagree and you use a newssource, the validity and integrity of the source is questioned

if the validity and integrity isnt questioned, than the old argument about how ones own opinions should be posted and not copied or pasted comes up

if one puts their own opinions up, the issue of where the information comes from comes up,,,

he was arrested for assaulting me in our home, what some might think is 'off duty',, but guess what

AFTER returning to the ship, he was also placed in barracks for the assault,,,without me ever saying a word or pressing a charge

he was conducting himself in an unbecoming way that reflected on the navy because he was a sailor,,,,,

no evidence that this kid did that either, thats what facts and trials are for,,,

I can defend him if he was the one trying to AVOID confrontation and the adult insisted on confronting him ANYWAY,,,,


tough guys are protected as long as they dont put their hands on anyone and they can talk all the game they want and they can ask someone who is FOLLOWING them,, why they are following them

service members are ALWAYS under their code , they dont clock in and out like other employees,,,,

yep, when I was stalked in my car and then followed into the park, I walked FASTER to get away and did not think to call for help or scream either,,,nothing to do with being a 'punk'

it was flight until in immediate danger and then FIGHT,,,,

Once again, if this PUNK was afraid for his safety he had a cell phone and could have called 9-1-1 or gone back into the store, screamed for help or gone to the closest house and asked for help not turn around go after Zimmerman ask if he has a problem and then states, "You do now!".




or if the ADULT thought the kid was up to no good he could have called 911 and STAYED in his car instead of continuing to follow him against the advice of the dispatcher

I was attacked and I never screamed for help because I had a FIGHT response instead

who confronted whom is the whole crux of the case, if there was a witness to this there would be little reason for speculation

but there were only witnesses to the FIGHT,,,not the initial confrontation,, which leaves room for assumption based upon likeliness

that either BOTH parties changed frame of mind midway,, the adult deciding to no longer pursue and the boy deciding to no longer get away

or both parties CONTINUED With their frame of mind, the adult deciding not to let the boy 'get away' and the boy trying to lose the adult,,,,

the facts need to come out and a jury left to decide,,,

From that point on it is all ASSumptions. Several witnesses put the punk coming back and confronting Zimmerman and Zimmerman on the ground getting his head bashed in(which photos and videos now show the lacarations) screaming for help and Zimmerman saying you now have a problem

Let's review, it's Florida it wasn't cold and that is why senior citizens go there during the winter. It didn't warrant wearing a hooded sweatshirt with the hood up to conceal your identity in a store(which is never warranted btw).
