Everyone has astral experiences. Most of the time people arent concious in the experience to realize what it is so it seems like a dream. When you are concious during it you can control everything. You can go anywhere. To other dimentions to see relatives that past away or are still living. You can learn things. The important thing is to have your vibration and emotional state in a good place cause you can have bad experiences.
