I'm 53. Never had 6pk abs. Just started working out again. Is it possible for someone my age to get a 6pk or at least strong definition ?So how do I make sure I'm not eating more than 50g carbs a day ?
Should I go vegan ? and how about eating fish like Salmon and chicken is that okay for meat?
