my life by the beatles. more introspective than love song, but it encompasses both I think everything the beatles did could touch your heart in some way..They displayed several emotions and someone,somewhere could always relate..Good pick Rob Rufus Wainwright did a beatles cover for the I am sam soundtrack called "Across the universe"..and it was amazing |

Awesome band! I actually just posted about them in another thread. I really wish that they would tour the US more often though. I haven't seen them live in a long time. Theres a picture of me and Eric Adams on my profile,go check it out man/and if theres anything you want to know,just ask/I live in the same hometown as manowar and know them very well. HAIL from Florida! Other bands play. MANOWAR KILLS. These guys are f'ing amazing, and the only reason they don't tour more here in the states is because the majority of Americans are only interested in no-talent flavor-of-the-week crap. Keep on fighting brothers of metal. It was the great tour of britain in 1984 that made manowar say screw america...The european fans were more into true heavy metal..where as america had poor californians such as exodus and metallica trying to earn a buck under the shadows of airwave stormers such as wham and boy george...proving without a doubt..at that time in america it was about look and not sound. |
