To lead a happy life we need mental peace.
To have mental peace we need meditation,practice of silence. It is also true that unless we are mentally hungry for some thing we can't achieve it.Achieving desired object with hard labour gives me real satisfaction. What does mental peace mean to you? What technique do you adopt to achieve it?

I feel bad when I am inside an animal shelter. I don't feel bad that it is a good place to get new homes for them. Hey,Happy New year to all minglers.  I never forget my past but at the same time I don't repent/live on the past. I look the future with bright hope. So I think I am an optimist. What about you? Realistically optimistic with a tablespoon of serious and a pound of humor......Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean...Serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream...  EXPERT COMMENT OF A CHEF: Baking at 350 degree may spoil the whole thing; rather bake it at 300 degree celsius to get a better result. Add: Anger:a little bit to get the colour. There must be some irregularities/something new to make the life more adventurious/excitable like travelling unknown place without any prior planning .................. I am always taking on new challenges like pushing myself in my workouts, going back to school, learning a new musical instrument, taking up a new hobby, or joining a local group where I can learn new things like ghost hunting, astronomy, enjoying the symphony, ect. The only boring routine is my job which offers no challenge so I am seeking something more challenging in that area. |
