They're too expensive and overrated.Eat alot of carbs(pastas,breads etc.)Protein is key also.
And most important is a disciplined workout regimen. Practice breeds results.Short cuts(suppliments) and slacking will only breed failure in the long run. |

I refuse to give up hope that somewhere near me, there is a smart@zz woman who does not want children. Therefore......... I continue to....... BELIEVE!!!!!!! So keeping the dream alive? This is the answer? I do that with my professional part and it seems to work out fine. I guess they're one in the same. As long as the dream doesn't turn into a nightmare,then yeah. Life is hard.But if it wasn't,it wouldn't be worth living. |

People can feel like not even getting up in the morning when they are in that state... I've been there.But one day you'll realize,you're only hurting yourself.The sad truth(bottom line) is that most people only care about #1,and don't give a crap about how other people feel. It usually takes something uber-dramatic for people to finally realize;Omg,maybe I should talk to this person,they look like they could use a friend... But that's just how I see it.No one cares if you stay alone. YOU have to care if YOU want to stay alone. Don't count on people to make you happy,cause people will more often then not,let you down. |

Thinking i should call the R.S.P.C.A about someone. Trouble is, this is someone in my family who i live with. I'm just heartbroken that i'm the only one in this house, who fills up the pets water. And it's not even my pet. No-one else living here, seems to notice when their water supply is low. I felt triple anger about it lastnight. How can people forget their pets needs? Just.......grrrrrrr. People who ignore their pets don't deserve them.However, they do deserve a kick in the face. |
