Used to think nothing could phase me But this emotional pain is driving me crazy I walk through hell on the daily Is this really the way that God portrayed me Inside my mind is a cell My own personal hell It's locked and I've got now way out Just screaming for help And there's no one to save me Everyday is a fight to just stay alive And every night I cry and wonder why It's so damn hard to just live a life Am I, really just that weak? Yet, everyone says I'm so damn sweet If only they could see inside of me They'd see how much I bleed They'd see the dark, twisted, & real me The me that feeds on the need To fly, get high just to stay alive Yet, so numb and empty inside I'm to weak and too weary to try To angry inside, it's too hard to fight Just waiting for the day I finally break Go insane, cut too deep and end the pain ((((Jamie))) |

Hi Penny Its good you want to be healthy. Remember God loves you as you are and you have a pretty face and you seem to have a nice personality. Most of us like to eat and its nurturing for us to eat and so much of the food on offer today is full of calories . I find that one thing which works for me if I don't want to put on weight is to eat rice cakes and bananas as snacks . Hope your weight loss goes well Thank you Goddependant, I thank God daily for my blessings. Changing the way one eats, is never easy, When I started this journey, I started by changing one thing at a time. Now I eat mainly high protein, low carb. lots of fresh veggies. I don't usually do rice cakes,and avoid most pasta and breads, due to the carb. content. and have to watch how much fruit, because of the sugar content,. I can manage about half a banana in one sitting. Too much of anything sweet, even if its a natural sugar, makes my stomach a little queasy since i have had the surgery. I'm glad to hear that your making healthy choices for you.

one step was a challenge,one step was a feat it took all i had just to get up on my feet. every day I i tried again with faith,perseverance, I would win one step turned into two,two into four before long I could walk out the door out the door, down the hall sit and rest on that wall up again walk some more this is my life im fighting for walk to the pool,go for a swim so i will be healthy and trim my journey is not over,but i am well on my way it started with one step,I walk 2 miles today no stopping to rest,no out of breath, no lagging behind lots of inner pride,and peace of mind for those of you struggling to, take that first step-if I can do it So can you! *A journey of a thousand miles, begins with one step *- Tao Te Ching |

I get a lot of emails asking for my yahoo, or facebook. I respond by telling them that If they want to communicate with me they can do so on this sight via email, im or the forums. Once they see I am not willing to go off sight, they usually leave me alone.

Awesome Penny!  But now I want to go to the beach so bad!   Thank you I wanna go to the beach too. . . guess for now I will have to settle for the pool. |
