Day 11 and I have lost 5 pounds lol. Everytime I want a smoke I run around the block until the feeling passes. The neighbors think I am nuts. Especially at 11 at night in my pjs and no bra. LOL

Congrats! I have been smoke-free for 13 days so far. My daughter is a great inspiration for not smoking! She has wanted me to quit for so long and I have tried on a few occasions, it just never stuck. Hopefully it does this time. congrates to u!!! I bartended for about 8 years so I didnt just smoke I was engulfed. It is not as hard as I thought it would be. I was so scared of quitting that it was crazy. I thought I would be eatting like crazy or something. Oh well one day at a time.
