Premium members do not need to use the coin system to enable them to chat. Make sure that you eligible to message the other member as it may be they have set their email filters to only allow members who fit their criteria to message them. Also, if the new member has no profile picture uploaded then you will not be able to send a message. yes. I have checked it everything seems correct but somehow it's asking me to buy Chat time. and this occured since I renewed my membership few days back |

I am also a premium member and have been for a long time and I never had any issues with sending messages to new members. I do not think this coin feature applies to premium members. I would suggest you contact Mingle. https://mingle2.com/welcome/contact_us Even I did not face any issue till last week. but 2 days back i renewed my membership and since then it's facing same issue |

It stating you have to buy more chat times to send direct message to new user. so what is the use of Premium features and what i paid for ?? |
