I am premium member of these platform. but recently I can't send message to new user
It stating you have to buy more chat times to send direct message to new user. so what is the use of Premium features and what i paid for ?? |

I am also a premium member and have been for a long time and I never had any issues with sending messages to new members. I do not think this coin feature applies to premium members. I would suggest you contact Mingle.

Premium members do not need to use the coin system to enable them to chat. Make sure that you eligible to message the other member as it may be they have set their email filters to only allow members who fit their criteria to message them. Also, if the new member has no profile picture uploaded then you will not be able to send a message. |

But posting in here you are talking to the wind you have to contact Support in order to get your problems solved.. They do not read the forums~~ |

How do I get away from your "coins"? It's a stupid thing. I can't message anyone without it. And now I can't even do that! I just signed on here yesterday.

Only way to get away from having to use them is by Premium Member Status.. Other then that collect them and use when needed... Forums are free to post within.. not needed to be a premium member really.. Due to this is a international site.. It is better as a social site as far as the forums go.. |
