I paid $89 for lifetime access, i sent message to admin to get answer and i am not getting any help why i am not able to use a feature that i paid for. This is not serious.

As i said i have the lifetime membership. When clicking on the status it shows the below message: Mingleplus Premium Membership You have lifetime of premium membership. It is never expired
