since you want to use it for IM and internet you will be good with that machine. when you buy it ask the sales rep about upgrading the RAM memory on that machine. it adds a little more to the cost now but you will be good two three years down the road without worrying about buying a new one.

Google is one of the fastest browsers out there. But for some reason some sites with that use active X dont work well with it. I used it for a while cause i love google products but in the end the sites that it didnt work with are ones i always go to. best advise i can give you is play with it yourself and if you dont like it get rid of it.

honestly i think it would do you well to get a makeover. maybe a new haircut, new glasses, and smile. remember that image is the first thing people are going to see and you dont want to come across as annoyed plus your pic needs to project confidence remember your pic says a thousand words and each word should be how your better then me and everyother guy.
