For real............. fyi for all of you people out there who "hate" calling the phone company/cable company or anyone else whose number starts with 1-800........when you call just be quiet. Do not just start talking. That is so annoying. I had this lady go on about how her computer was not working for about 3 minutes and wouldnt stop and I was like, "Well, tell ya what, I'm in sales...I probably know as much as you." She goes, "Oh, thought I pressed the right number."  Awesome!
