I've tried making friends on here and sites like it but it never seems to work out. Just when you think you might have made a friend cause you're going back and forth sharing stories and starting to get invested in this new person in your life, you get hit with the "hey! wanna see me naked? just sign up on this site and you can see all my pics for free! no CC needed!"

like i get they're just trying to make a buck but it still really sucks when they pull that crap. but hey one can only hope karma is a thing and it comes back to bite in the *** at some point.

i'm disabled and almost rarely leave the house except to go to a doctor's appointment so i almost never see or talk to anyone except my gf or our roomie but both of them usually do their own thing leaving me to fend for myself when it comes to social interaction. it sucks but what can ya do. so i go online looking for various places to try and find people to talk to cause it's really my only outlet. it just gets discouraging a lot when you keep running into so many fake people who arent looking for anything but to make a buck even if it's at your expense.

anywhoo.. that's just my 2 cents.

I'm an actual non-scammer up for friendly chinwaggery with anyone, specialist subjects: music, words and Nature.
Just say hi and let's see how we hit it off, it's nice to be nice

Made using Soundforge, a single channel WAV editor, many years ago. Had to get creative. Loads of samples from Kung Fu films and the main voice over is from the film Easy Rider.

A Poem - Blade (2012)

Weigh the blade with
A supple wrist,
Find its balance,
Lilt and list.

The blade is wrought from tempered blends,
In nine white fires nine demons tend.
Nine times in icy depths it's thrust,
Slough off each impure outer crust.

Next white-hot blade takes ringing blows,
That arm an ancient puissance knows.
Love, envy, loss and wisdom-folly,
By these blows blade is made holy.

Anoint the blade with oil and balms,
Enweave the blade with potent charms.
Sing hidden magicks from the air,
Forge runes to fend off mortal care.

Last stoke the furnace of the heart,
The final forging named 'Thou Art'.
The blade is supple, lithe and hard,
Fix blade to hilt and hilt to guard.

Weigh the blade with
A supple wrist,
Find its balance,
Lilt and list.

White fire, dread cold
proved the blade is true.

You forged the blade
and the blade is you.
