I live about 20 minutes away from Downtown, and it's a generally nice place. They have a great little coffee shop, lots of shops (a good friend of mine owns an awesome vintage store called Horseshoes & Hand Grenades), and some great restaurants. My band actually hosts an Open Mic every Tuesday night at the Hard Times Cafe there in town. It's free entertainment and a great place to hang out at. Hope you find your way there some time :)
