Both those spots get so overcrowded with tourists. I don't like crowds or queues and would prefer to be in a romantic destination that perhaps is a little more low-key. I would pick France over England with that said.

Sleigh rides aren't really a thing here in South Africa unless it's one of those official snow (man-made) parks. So, I don't know if that would be hot. I also don't like being cold, I'm a tropical girl.
