I started drinking coffee years ago in the Navy. I think the transfusion from blood to coffee was complete in the 80's.

I think I meet all of the qualifications to be here ... Over 50 and up at some unfortunate hour of the morning. Hello all. I am obviously new and trying to find my way around. Does anyone know where the coffee filters are kept? I don't mind making a new pot, but I don't want to put new coffee on top of the old grounds ... :-)

Yes it is another new guy :-). Hoping to find people to talk with and meet sometime. This looks like there are quite a few good people here. I am happy I happened by :-). I live in Torrance, CA. I see a few people close to me, but like someone else observed, most seem to have been away for more than a month. I wish I could find a better way to see who has been active recently. But I am just getting used to navigating around for now, so we will see what happens. Rod
