Lost my husband 3 yrs ago Mar 22..his bd is on Sunday..Life goes on, not always the same but you have to make the best of it...Thank god for family and friends... That is so true its been 6yrs for me

I don't think it ever gets easier, we just become more accustomed to dealing with it. Out of the blue can come a day, where everything is like it happened yesterday. Point in fact just happened. I always have the tv or radio on for noise. Ton Hanks in the "Philadephia"; story of a guy dying from AIDS. Last scene in the hospital, comes on. I get a flashback; the last nite we were in the hospital, didn't know the end was so close. Just proves my comment above. Hard way to learn, we just never know when the end will come. "Ask not for whom the bell tolls....it tolls for thee" Reason I try to "LIVE"; EVERYDAY. "Dance, like nobody is watching" Bless all my friends & even those that I don't like. They will learn. your always in my prayer my friend

15 years ago, today. The clock started ticking. Got the call about, "a cloud on Gwen's x-ray". We had only 14 more months; just didn't know it. May will be 14 years, she has been gone. Sorry its been 5yrs for me does it ever better??
