Try reading the Bible. The words in it gave me enough comfort when the same things happened to me and prevented me
from taking my own life .


I go to Church from time to time and yes the bible does help when your emotionally disturbed. I'm happy you didnt take your own life, because that would be devastating to a lot of people who know you.
