Hello Carol, this is only an opinion and not a recommendation at all for you. I think that time has a way of healing old wounds and everybody has a different way of dealing with loss. If you are asking for a time period for when your heart and soul would be healed, then clearly you are not quite there yet. When you figure out what happened and realize it is no fault of your own, then you can mend your heart and soul. This gives you and your future partner a fighting chance at success in a lasting relationship. You will know when the time is right.

It's been many years but my last bike was a 1972 Kawasaki H2 750cc with the old recalled carbs (recalled because they worked too good and usually blew 2nd gear out of the transmission) and chrome Denco expansion chambers. Frames were too light and power wobbles were deadly. Man, that was one hell of a unicycle.

I would need to know more about the house before entertaining any thoughts of buying the place. Concrete walls sounds odd to begin with. Concrete can be cold and damp if not done proper. I wonder if the site might be contaminated? Odd a house would sit unfinished since the 80's and never finished or sold. If someone dies, the estate liquidates the assets. Makes no sense at all to me.

Cougars might be a little scarce in your area. There may be some big tomcats around though....
