The United Nations approved the two-state solution
According to Security Council Resolution 242 after the 1967 war and Israel’s control of the rest of the lands of Palestine. This solution is based on two states in historic Palestine living together, the State of Palestine alongside the State of Israel. The resolution also stipulated a solution to the refugee problem. And the establishment of demilitarized zones. And adopting the principles of a just and lasting peace in the Middle East.
Internationally, there is an implicit consensus that these lands will belong to the Palestinian state, and that Israel is an occupying party. There is no international recognition of the annexation of the eastern part of Jerusalem to Israel.
The Palestinian and Israeli sides agreed to adopt the text of Resolution 242 as basis for their settlement within the Oslo Accords. But Israel did not abide by the agreements.

On 12 April 2024, the Democracy in Europe Movement 2025 (DiEM25) hosted a Palestine congress in Germany, where Yanis Faroufakis (former Finance Minister of Greece) was invited to speak. His speech was meant to be broadcast and spoken live during the congress in Berlin. However, the German police burst in, interrupted the livestream, grabbed the microphone and ended the Congress. An extract of the plea for humanity and justice in Palestine that got him banned is presented below.

Q: A journalist asked me “Why not a Jewish congress (instead of a Palestinian one) , Mr. Varoufakis?

A: “If a single Jew is threatened, anywhere, just because she or he is Jewish, I shall wear the Star of David on my lapel and offer my solidarity. Whatever the cost, whatever it takes. So let's be clear. If Jews were under attack anywhere in the world, I would be the first to canvass for a Jewish congress in which to register our solidarity. Similarly, when Palestinians are massacred because they are Palestinians, under the dogma that to be dead and Palestinian must mean that you are Hamas, I shall wear my keffiyeh and offer my solidarity, whatever the cost, whatever it takes, to the people of Palestine.

I then answered the journalist's question with a few questions of my own:

Were two million Israeli Jews thrown out 80 years ago from their homes into an open air prison and kept for those 80 years in that open air prison without access to the outside world with minimal food and water, no chance of a normal life, no opportunity to travel and being bombed periodically for 80 years?

No.

Are Israeli Jews being starved intentionally by an army of occupation? Their children writhing on the floor, screaming from hunger?

No.

Are there thousands of Jewish injured children with no surviving parents crawling through the rubble, as we speak, the rubble of what used to be their homes?

No.

Are Israeli Jews being bombed by the world's most sophisticated airplanes and bombs today?

No.

Are Israeli Jews experiencing complete ecocide of what little land they can still call their own? Not one tree left under which to seek shade or whose fruit to taste?

No.

Are Israeli Jewish children being killed today, now, by snipers at the orders of a member state of the United Nations?

No.

Are Israeli Jews driven out of their homes by armed gangs today?

No.

Is Israel fighting for its existence today?

No.

If the answer to any of these questions had been yes, I would be participating in a Jewish Solidarity Congress today.

Here's the speech in full:

American Enters War Between Israel and Iran

https://youtu.be/3Uwb2c_Sd_4?si=IOyNaUUKlPDnasoj

These are some of the comments:

Man I didn't know Israel was the 51st state
The U.S. should stay out of that war.

I do not consent to my tax dollars getting spent to fund ANOTHER atrocity.

So strange how the USA isn't telling everyone that Iran has a right to defend itself

Still trying to find Israel in the Constitution...

Well since Israel attacked the Iranian embassy in Damascus, which is an attack against Iran literally, Iran has the right to defend its self, right? RIGHT?

This is why I hate giving money to the IRS. Our tax money is going to this crap.

Ben Shapiro better be the first volunteer to defend his home country.

This isnt our war! Israel's government attacked an Iranian embassy. What do they expect?

I have no confidence in our American leadership. None.

All of this could’ve been avoided if a ceasefire was granted back in October

Israel wasted no time dragging the US into a war with China and Russia's allies. Thanks for the heads up Saagar.

"Don't underestimate Joe Biden's ability to F-ck things up."- Barack Obama

Let Israel fight by themselves, the US should not be involved!

Iran literally implemented article 51 of UN charter. There is no room to complain.

Does this country not understand that the majority of Americans are not remotely interested in this. We can’t buy homes!!!

Joe “the adults are back in the room.” Biden getting us into WW3 and not mean orange man is wild.

Biden has really been horrible. I can’t believe I voted for him.

The most surprising thing about this news is finding out Saagar is only 31 years old

Thank you Saagar for taking the time to inform everyone about what's going on. We all appreciate you!

Iran has a right to self defence. The US should stay out of it.

Israel stirred that hornet's nest ... let Israel run it alone.

Imagine ANY other country in the world having a security council meeting because a country 15000km away got attacked?

That has nothing to do with us.. let them fight their own ****..

AIPAC goals are not US citizen goals.

Iran showing some diplomatic balls though.

US citizens need to get to the polls

The squatter state started this mess. Let them finance it.

At what point do we say Israel has gone too far and stop supporting them?

Netanyahu finally gets what he’s always wanted - America’s direct involvement in his own regional war

It was a move to save-face from Iran. You don't send lawn-mower drones with 8 hours of notice if you mean business

My hard earned tax dollars at work and I have portholes on my roads and bridges are crumbling.

United States of Israel!

Isn’t Iran having the same rights to defend itself against the Israeli aggression?

Homeless Americans - 653k Can’t afford 1K emergency - 185MYou know this video was made in a rush when Saagar didn't even have time to wear a tie

America’s idiotic foreign policyWhat the f did the Israeli government expect?

Thanks Breaking Points, for reporting this breaking news on a weekend. As always ; Your reporting is excellent!

John Bolton dancing in glee in his living room. War Mongers win again.

The military industrial complex is salivating

What about the Israeli attack that bombed the Iranian embassy in Syria? That was an unprecedented declaration of war

Distortion of the Torah
After the division of the kingdom of the children of Israel into a northern kingdom (Israel) and a southern kingdom (Judah) in approximately 930 BC, the competing Levitical priests in the north and south began writing down what they had obtained from the date of the beginning of creation and the prophets. The Mosaic priests in Shiloh in the Northern Kingdom wrote what is known as the Elohistic text or source, which uses the Hebrew word “Elohim” to refer to the Lord, and symbolizes this text with the first letter (E). As for the Aaronic priests in the southern kingdom “Judah,” they wrote the “Jahwistic” text, which refers to the Lord as “Jehovah,” and is symbolized by (J).
When the Northern Kingdom fell in 722 BC at the hands of the Assyrians, refugees from Israel took their version of Elohim (E) to the south. It was necessary to tend towards bringing the thoughts of the northerners and the southerners closer together, because the coexistence of the two sides had become inevitable. One of the unknown scribes combined the two narrations into one narration (JE) and avoided deleting them as much as possible. This process was carried out meticulously, but the effects of this merging could not be completely hidden. However, this common text preserved texts criticizing the justice of God’s Prophet Aaron.
When Hezekiah assumed the kingship (715 - 687 BC) and began his religious reforms, the Aaronic priests fabricated another document to be an alternative to the Common Text (JE) and keep pace with the existing reforms. They also deleted from the joint text (JE) those stories that disparage Aaron, such as the story of worshiping the calf that attributes its creation to him! They also included the law of the Aaronic priests, which constitutes the bulk of the Book of Leviticus. Here we see that the whims of the priests and rabbis of the Children of Israel were what governed their law and not the other way around. This alternative document is known as the Priestly Source, symbolized by the first letter (P).
After the death of King Hezekiah and the relapse of the children of Israel into paganism, a new reformer appeared, namely Josiah, who ascended the throne from (640 - 609 BC) as king over the children of Israel. The Mosaic priests of Shiloh saw in this era an opportunity to write a new law that would serve their priesthood, and the priests and the king agreed to place what they had written inside the temple and announce that it had been found by chance as if it were a relic of the prophets. This book was written to suit the doctrine of the Shiloh priests, to legislate for the new reform, and to portray King Josiah as another Moses who would save the kingdom of Judah. This travel is symbolized by (Dtr1); That is, “Deuteronomy 1”.
But things did not go as planned; The king did not live long to be a savior to the children of Israel, as Moses was. Rather, he died as a result of a confrontation with the Egyptian army in the year (609 BC), and all his reforms after him were nullified. Then the “Kingdom of Judah” was destroyed at the hands of the Babylonians in the year (586 BC), and he was burned. The Temple, the royal family was annihilated, the Jews were exiled to Babylon, and dreams were shattered. So the writer of Deuteronomy 1 added some amendments and justifications to reflect the historical reality and avoid what had occurred in his portrayal of “Josiah” as the savior of the kingdom of “Judah.” He explained the fall of the “Kingdom of Judah” by its distance from the reforms of the late king. These textual amendments are known as “Deuteronomy 2” or (Dtr2). As for the sum of the original text (Dtr1) and its amendments (Dtr2), they constitute what is known as the Book of “Deuteronomy” or “Deuteronomy” (D), which is the fifth and last book of the five books that are falsely and falsely attributed to Moses.
But the situation of the Jews changed after the Persian King Cyrus’ conquest of Babylon in the year (539 BC) and the return of the population of Jews brought by “Ezra,” known as “the Scribe,” to Jerusalem. Ezra found himself facing a common narrative (JE) that contradicted the priestly narrative (P) in its history and doctrine, and a law (D) that competed with the law of the priests (P). This stage was not subject to further fragmentation among the people who were humiliated by the yoke of slavery and the oppression of the exile. The priest Ezra had the opportunity to fabricate and reconcile different stories and laws between two books. He did that with some modification and refinement, then read it to his Jewish followers. Ezra (the Jew/Persian) was the one who prepared the “Old Testament” in its final fabricated form that is in our hands. The famous author Richard Friedman went to this in his book “Who wrote the Torah?” A similar example was quoted from the Christian writer Andreas von Mays, who lived more than four hundred years ago.
But what Friedman imagined was the result of his research and the research of the Christians who preceded him was pointed out by Abu Muhammad bin Hazm (d. 456 AH) in “Al-Fasl”; He said: “Ezra’s writing of the Torah occurred more than seventy years after the destruction of Jerusalem. Their writings indicate that Ezra did not write them for them and did not correct them until about forty years after their return to the House, after the seventy years in which they were free, and at that time there was no prophet among them at all, nor the dome, nor the ark... and from that time the Torah spread. And it was copied.”
What is more clear is the statement of Al-Samaw’al Yahya bin Abbas Al-Maghribi (d. 570 AH) - one of the Jewish rabbis who converted to Islam -: “When Ezra saw that the people’s temple had been burned, their state had been destroyed, their group had been dispersed, and their book had been removed, he gathered from his archives and from the chapters that the priests memorized what he had fabricated from it.” This is the Torah that is in their hands; That is why they exaggerated their veneration of Ezra and claimed that light is still appearing on his grave near Al-Bataih in Iraq because he wrote for them a book that preserves their religion. This Torah in their hands is in fact the book of Ezra, not the book of God.

Palestinian human rights
The General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Paris in 1948 as the common standard towards which all peoples and nations should aim. These rights have been translated into 500 languages of the world.
In 1970, the United Nations passed Resolution 2649 stating that the General Assembly “affirms the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples under colonial and foreign domination, and their right to self-determination.” He stressed the condemnation of the denial of the right to self-determination, especially to the peoples of South Africa and Palestine.
UN Resolution 3236, in 1974, stated that the United Nations “recognizes the right of the Palestinian people to regain their rights by all means in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations. It calls upon all countries and international organizations to support the Palestinian people in their struggle to regain their rights, in accordance with the Charter.”
The General Assembly also affirmed, in its resolution dated December 4, 1986, “the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples for their independence, territorial integrity, national unity, and liberation from colonial control, apartheid, and foreign occupation by all available means, including armed struggle.”
In the same context, both Hague Convention and the Third Geneva Convention affirm the legitimacy of carrying arms to resist the occupier. The agreement added the status of “prisoners of war” to members of organized resistance movements “operating inside or outside its territory, even if this territory is under occupation.”
The Hague Convention stipulates in Article 25 that it “prohibits the bombing of cities, residential areas, or buildings devoid of means of defence,” and Article 23 prohibits the use of weapons and missiles that would cause unjustified injuries and pain.
The position of Western countries
These conventions put the West in an embarrassing position, as they pride themselves on being the protectors of the laws, while denying the Palestinians their legal rights and turning a blind eye to the war crimes committed by Israel. Rather, they supported Israel so that it would continue to bomb civilians in Gaza. Western official and media discourse sought to delegitimize the work of the Palestinian resistance and described it as "terrorism."
French journalist and historian Alain Grech says: “Every time the Palestinians rise up, the West describes them as terrorists, and at the same time they glorify the resistance of the Ukrainians.” While it was stated in Article 2 of the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen issued on August 26, 1789, that “Resistance to oppression is a fundamental right.” The Palestinians have the right to demand it.”
But international law exposes Western countries to their double standards and hypocrisy when they turn a deaf ear to the war crimes committed by Israel. While the International Criminal Court system affirms that intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population not directly participating in hostilities “is considered a war crime.”
Israel violated international laws during its aggression against Gaza, such as the crime of bombing the Baptist Hospital, where hundreds of defenseless displaced persons were sheltering, in addition to a number of medical teams and paramedics. This massacre led to the death of more than 500 martyrs.
Human Rights Watch had revealed that the Israeli occupation army used internationally banned white phosphorus bombs to bomb Gaza and Lebanon. The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory in Geneva also said that Israel's bloody air and artillery attacks on the Gaza Strip turned it into a pit of hell where death and destruction spread in extremely complex humanitarian conditions. The Observatory documented that Israel killed Palestinians, destroyed 2,650 residential buildings, and damaged about 70,000 housing units, while 65 government headquarters, at least 71 schools, 145 industrial facilities, and 61 media headquarters were destroyed, in addition to the demolition of 18 mosques.

A fresh Jewish voice: the new Australian group opposing antisemitism – and Israel’s conduct
“We came together because of the abject failures of many of our Jewish representative organisations in Australia to truthfully portray the Jewish community as being diverse,” says Schwartz, a human rights lawyer. “[Those organisations have failed] to portray Jewish people who are critical of Israel’s conduct, particularly at this time in Gaza.”

Israeli war crimes are the violations of international criminal law, including war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of genocide, which the Israel Defense Forces, the military branch of the state of Israel, has been accused of committing since the founding of Israel in 1948. These have included murder, intentional targeting of civilians, killing prisoners of war and surrendered combatants, indiscriminate attacks, collective punishment, starvation, the use of human shields, sexual violence and rape, torture, pillage, forced transfer, breach of medical neutrality, targeting journalists, attacking civilian and protected objects, wanton destruction, incitement to genocide, and genocide.

War crimes
They are violations of international law. And to the rules of war established at the Nuremberg Tribunal after World War II, as well as the conventions established by Hague Conferences of 1899 and 1907, the Brian Kellogg Pact of 1928, and the Geneva Conventions of 1929 and 1949.
Many people and governments have been convicted of war crimes, including, for example:
Albert Deutscher, member of a Nazi paramilitary group.
Andrija Artuković, Croatian Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs, was sentenced to death.
Adolf Eichmann, member of the German secret police.
Étienne Nzabonimana is a Rwandan businessman who participated in the Rwandan genocide.
Enver Pasha Osmani, Minister of War, was sentenced to death.
Otto Ambros is a member of the official German government.
Otto Dietrich, personal press secretary of Adolf Hitler.
lon Antonescu A Romanian field marshal found guilty by the Romanian People's Courts, sentenced to death.
Pierto Caruso, head of the Italian police in Rome.
Biljana Plavšić, Bosnian Serb, politician and former president of Republika Srpska, was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
Israeli war crimes
Since its establishment in 1948, Israel has committed war crimes, according to a report related to the 2006 Lebanon War.
On March 25, 2024, Francesca Albanese, the United Nations Special Rapporteur for the Palestinian Territories, said that there are logical reasons to say that Israel has committed many acts of genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza, and that ethnic cleansing has occurred.
On April 5, 2024, the United Nations Human Rights Council called for Israel to be held accountable for committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip, calling on all countries not to export weapons to Tel Aviv.
Among the war crimes committed by Israel are the following:
An Israeli raid killed 7 employees of the World Central Kitchen charity in the Gaza Strip.
Targeting medical staff
Targeting journalists
Targeting civil defense personnel
Targeting aid workers
Forced displacement
White phosphorus bombs
Random bombing
Collective punishment
Destruction of graves
Field executions
Use of civilian facilities for military purposes
Mistreatment and humiliation of detainees

Is the conflict with Israel religious, national, or patriotic?
Britain issued a political decision, the Balfour Declaration, to establish the State of Israel. America and the West supported Israel politically and in every way.
Everyone knows that the Vatican City rejected Herzl's idea of establishing a homeland for the Jews in the land of Palestine. That day, Pope Pius said: “We cannot support this (Zionist) movement, and we cannot prevent the Jews from going to Jerusalem. The land of Jerusalem was sanctified by Jesus Christ with his life in it. The Jews did not recognize Jesus, so we cannot recognize the Jewish people. Jerusalem, on this basis, cannot be placed in Jewish hands.” On this ideological basis, the Vatican also rejected the Balfour Declaration, which was issued in 1917 and was recognized by the major powers at the time.
In 1949, Sir Joseph Victor, British Minister Plenipotentiary to the Supreme Pontiff, said: “The Vatican would prefer, from the point of view of the fate of the Holy Places, and Catholic interests in Palestine in general, for the Holy Land to be controlled neither by Jews nor by Arabs, but by a third power. But such a solution could not be reached, and given the actual circumstances, the Vatican prefers Arabs over Jews.”
The Vatican continued to refuse to establish diplomatic relations with Israel for 45 years, until Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization concluded the Oslo Accords, at which time full diplomatic relations existed between the Vatican and Israel since the end of 1993.
In May 2015, a bilateral agreement was signed between the Holy See and Palestine, which explicitly recognized the “State of Palestine.” The Vatican established official relations with the Palestine Liberation Organization.
Vatican diplomacy during the era of Francis was a help and support for the Palestinian cause and its justice, especially in international forums, as well as international bodies, most notably the United Nations.
Conclusion
The conflict with Israel has religious, national and patriotic aspects, not just religious. The problem is that the Israelis want the world to recognize their state, as a state for Jews only, which is something America supports, as it demands that the Arabs recognize Israel as a Jewish state, until a final settlement is discussed.
In the war on Gaza, many Christians stood in solidarity with the Palestinians, because they are human beings exposed to aggression and injustice. There are Jews inside and outside Israel who have respectable positions against Israeli policies.
The irony is that there are Muslims who are in solidarity with Israel and hope that it will triumph over the resistance. There are non-Muslim forces, states, and people who sympathize with the Palestinians in their struggle with the occupation.
The conflict revolves around liberating an occupied homeland from a brutal enemy, whether this homeland is Muslim or Christian, and whether the occupier is Jewish or belongs to any religion.
Yes, Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem have very important symbolism in the conflict, but there is an entire occupied country called Palestine.
The Pope of the Vatican issued an urgent appeal to stop the war in the Gaza Strip, calling for the provision of humanitarian aid and assistance to the injured in order to alleviate the “very dangerous” situation.
“I appeal to you in the name of God to stop and declare a ceasefire in Gaza,” Pope Francesco said to a crowd in St. Peter’s Square after the Angelus prayer. He added, "I hope that all measures will be taken to avoid escalation of the conflict, that the wounded will be helped, and that aid will reach the residents of Gaza, where the humanitarian situation is very serious."
Israel protested to the Vatican, after the second-in-command after Pope Francis described what was happening in Gaza as a “massacre” resulting from a disproportionate Israeli military response to the Hamas movement.

Jews opposed to Zionism
In the 19th century, Theodor Herzl founded; Zionist Organization, and encouraged Jewish immigration to Palestine. The idea met with strong opposition from Jewish leaders around the world, including the Chief Rabbi of Vienna, Moritz Goodman, who rejected the idea of “Jewish nationalism,” stressing that “belief in one God is the (only) factor that brings the Jews together,” stressing that “Zionism contradicts the teachings of Judaism." The American Reform rabbis declared: “We do not consider ourselves a nation, but rather a religious community, and therefore we do not expect a return to Palestine, nor to a Jewish state.”
Neturei Karta (NK): meaning the guardian of the city
It is a Haredi Jewish movement that rejects Zionism and opposes the existence of the State of Israel. They are located in Jerusalem, London and New York. The group participates in events and demonstrations alongside the Palestinians, and calls for a peaceful solution to the conflict and an end to Zionist policies through the "peaceful dismantling of the State of Israel."
Rabbi David Israel Weiss
The spokesman for the “Neturei Karta” movement and belongs to the Satmar sect, which is the largest group of Hasidic Jews in the world.
Rabbi Moshe Hirsch
A Palestinian Jew who was Minister of Religious Affairs in Jerusalem and also became a leader of the Neturei Karta movement, which opposed the Zionist movement and the State of Israel.
Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP):
It is a grassroots organization aimed at promoting peace. Opposes the occupation of Palestinian territories. It was founded by anti-Israel activists, including Tony Kushner and Noam Chomsky. In the wake of the recent Israeli aggression on Gaza, the JVP urged the US government to withdraw military funding to Israel and hold the Israeli government accountable for its gross human rights violations and war crimes against Palestinians.”
IfNotNow
It is a movement of young American Jews that emerged in response to the 2014 Gaza War and has engaged in various campaigns, including opposition to US military aid to Israel.
Jews for Justice for Palestinians (JfJfP):
A UK-based organization, it is a group of Jews who call for an end to the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories. The organization was founded by British academic Irene Bruegel and her partner Richard Cooper, along with several Jewish friends, after they toured the West Bank.
Writers who opposed Zionism
The book "Wrestling with Zionism" by Daphina Levit
The author, is an Israeli who currently lives in Canada. She served in the Israeli army. She realized that the Israeli version of events contradicts the logic of history, and saw first-hand the daily mistreatment of Palestinians in the occupied territories. I watched Palestinian refugees trying to flee across the border.
The book, published in 2020, presents the positions and transformations of 21 Jewish thinkers, including scholars, researchers, journalists, and activists who opposed Zionism since its inception politically and religiously, including Albert Einstein, Martin Buber, Hannah Arendt, Noam Chomsky, and Israeli opponents such as Yeshayahu Leibovich, Zeev Sternhell, and Shlomo Sand, Ilan Pappe and others.
Levit was active in the "Gush Shalom" (Peace Bloc) movement, (an organization active to end the occupation), Physicians for Human Rights, the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions, and others. She co-authored a previous book on the Middle East entitled “Israeli Rejection: A Hidden Agenda in the Middle East Peace Process” (2011).
The book “Israel and the Arabs” by the French writer Maxime Rodinson. He refutes Zionist claims, predicting their inevitable failure.
The book “Zionism and Israel” by French author Natan Weinstock refutes Zionism’s claims that claim the existence of spiritual forces linking Jews to Zionism and shows how Zionism emerged to recruit the world’s Jews in the service of global colonialism.
Zionism was also opposed by religious Jews and assimilationist Jews, namely the Jews of Western Europe, France, Britain, Germany, and then the Jews of the United States of America, with the exception of the settler Jews of Israel.
Uri Avnery
He is an Israeli journalist and former member of the Knesset. He later moved towards the Israeli left and created the “Gush Shalom” Peace Bloc movement. He opposes the influence of Orthodox Jews dominating political life in Israel. He is also an activist calling for a two-state solution (Palestinian and Israeli) living in peace.
Gideon Levy
He described Israel as a racist state that needs treatment for addiction, and that those who want peace should not continue building settlements, saying, “They brainwashed us and taught us that every Palestinian is a killer by nature.”

Causes of the Palestinian uprisings
The Palestinian people did not accept what happened to them after the 1948 war, especially displacement, forced displacement, insults, and ongoing violence. There is discrimination regarding wages, as for the same work, the Palestinian receives a wage twice less than his Israeli counterpart, and the Palestinian worker can be fired without paying his wage. Palestinians are required to obtain movement permits, which are difficult to obtain, in addition to daily inspections of their homes.
Israel occupied Jerusalem in 1967 and then legalized entry to Islamic places of worship. A number of lands were also seized to build settlements on.
Depriving Palestinians of the right to vote and the right to choose who represents them. They have no power over the government that controls their living conditions.
Israel's failure to implement many aspects that were agreed upon in Oslo or subsequent agreements. It has become clear that Israel is trying, with the support of the United States, to impose a solution on the Palestinians away from international legitimacy resolutions.
Israel continues its policy of assassinations, arrests, and invasions of Palestinian Authority areas and refuses to release Palestinian prisoners. In addition to the continued construction of settlements, the exclusion of the return of refugees, and the exclusion of withdrawal to the June 1967 borders.
The first Palestinian intifada
The intifada was a spontaneous, popular Palestinian protest against the miserable general situation in the camps, the spread of unemployment, and the daily oppression practiced by the Israeli occupation authorities against the Palestinians. The intifada began on December 8, 1987, in the Gaza Strip. Then it moved to all the cities, villages and camps of Palestine. It stopped permanently with the signing of the Oslo Accords between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization in 1993. Stones were the tool of attack and defense used by the resistance fighters against members of the Israeli army.
The intifada began after an Israeli truck ran over a car carrying Palestinian workers parked at a gas station, killing four people and wounding others. The next day, during the funeral of the victims, a spontaneous protest broke out, during which crowds threw stones at an Israeli army position, and soldiers opened fire on the crowds.
The second Palestinian intifada
Or the Al-Aqsa Intifada, which broke out on September 28, 2000 and actually stopped on February 8, 2005 after the armistice agreement. This intifada was characterized by armed confrontations between the Palestinian resistance and the Israeli army. The spark of its outbreak was the entry of the Israeli opposition leader at the time, Ariel Sharon, into the courtyard of Al-Aqsa Mosque, accompanied by his guards, which prompted crowds of worshipers to try to confront him, and violence broke out in this uprising.
The Third Palestinian Intifada
The Jerusalem Intifada, or the Knives Intifada, is a wave of protests that took place in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and Israel from the beginning of October 2015 until 2016.
It began after settlers burned the Dawabsha family home on July 31, 2015. This led to an increase in acts of resistance against Israelis. In addition to the strike of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons, and the Israeli war launched on the Gaza Strip that killed more than 2,100 Palestinian martyrs. Likewise, the Israeli Minister of Defense decided to ban flag stands in Al-Aqsa Mosque. Then the Israeli Minister of Agriculture stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, accompanied by 40 Israelis and special units, along with dozens of youth from the (ruling) Likud Party.
The right-wing Netanyahu government continued to expand construction in West Bank settlements and did not respond to returning to negotiations. As well as the despair of the Palestinians regarding the political, economic and social situation.
The Al-Aqsa Flood military operation on (October 7, 2023 AD) is considered an extension of the Third Intifada and a response to the Israeli violations in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Israeli settlers’ assault on Palestinian citizens in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and the occupied interior.

Western media exposes their institutions...inhuman bias towards the crimes of the Zionists
The American Mondoweiss website published a report in which it talked about how the American media distorts the reality of what is happening in the Gaza Strip and the rest of the occupied Palestinian territories and is intentionally blind to all the violations and unspeakable crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinians, using a language and a unilateral approach that suppresses and silences any voice. On the part of the Palestinians or their sympathizers to explain what is actually happening, and is satisfied only with the narration of the Zionist entity and its followers.
The website explained that the goal of the Western media is to influence the public’s understanding, keep them on the dark side, and divert them from the truth, noting that the descriptions and names used by American media professionals all fall within the framework of this goal.
Regarding the reality of what is happening now after the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, the site pointed out that this crisis did not begin on October 7th, as “Israel” occupied the West Bank, Palestine, and the Gaza Strip for about 60 years, and during that period it arrested and imprisoned hundreds of thousands of Palestinians. Often even without show trials.
750 journalists from dozens of news organizations, including Reuters and the Washington Post, signed an open letter criticizing Western media’s bias toward the Zionist entity in covering the Gaza war, according to what was reported by the American newspaper “The Washington Post.”
The letter said that newsrooms are responsible for inhumane rhetoric that justifies the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.
“Scientific American” magazine published an editorial in which it stated, “As health care workers, we stand in solidarity with Palestine,” as the usurping enemy deliberately prevented patients from the Gaza Strip from entering hospitals in the occupied West Bank and the occupied interior for treatment, after targeting thousands of innocent citizens, their homes, and towers. Residential, infrastructure, health and educational institutions, water and electricity lines, and sewage extensions.
It presented in detail the Israeli atrocities following the Zionist aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip, and the magazine pledged to provide support for the Boycott of the Zionist Entity (BDS) movement, which the Zionists and their supporters consider a strategic threat to the illegal Israeli presence in Palestine.
Accordingly, a group affiliated with the Zionist lobby in the United States quickly put pressure on the magazine’s management, and published false accusations about it, to withdraw its support for Palestine and its people.
Earlier, The Lancet magazine was forced to delete an article warning of the outbreak of the new Corona virus in the besieged Gaza Strip, and how the policy of the criminal enemy led to the exacerbation of the epidemic in the region.
Scientific American magazine deleted an article calling for solidarity with the Palestinian people from its website after tremendous pressure from the Zionist lobby in the United States.

‘Like lying in a coffin’: Australians in Gaza describe utter annihilation

In two decades at the United Nations children’s fund, Australian James Elder has visited Sudan and Somalia, Ukraine and Mozambique. He’s seen war and famine. Never has he seen anything like the horror in Gaza. “What makes this different is the scale, the ferocity, the ubiquitousness of it,” says Elder, speaking from the southern city of Rafah after a week travelling throughout the strip. “Every time I turn around, there is another horrendous, heartbreaking story.

How did the Zionist media distort and falsify the facts?
Since the declaration of the occupying state in Palestine, the Zionist media has worked to distort facts, highlight certain concepts, export them to the world, and spread their various myths and theses, such as: “The Promised Land,” “God’s Chosen People,” and “The Myth of a Land Without People for People Without Land.” To justify their usurped policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide of Palestinians.
Before 1948, the Zionist movement established a radio station directed at Jews, and printed 14 newspapers, including 4 in Arabic. The Zionist entity exploited television, radio, and newspapers for psychological propaganda campaigns that affected the morale of the Arab peoples. This is considered psychological warfare and a type of programmed hostile attack, which aims to influence the minds, psychology, and beliefs of individuals, by stirring up false rumors and sedition, with the aim of instilling fear, tearing apart societies, and undermining people’s confidence in their armies and questioning their capabilities.
The method of repetition and distortion of facts was used in order to highlight certain concepts and export them to the world. Such as focusing on the lie that “Palestine is the homeland of the Jews,” then moving on to talk about the Zionist colonial entity being a “peaceful state.” The Israeli occupation army was named the "Israeli Defense Army." Changing the names of Palestinian cities and regions to Israeli names, for example, the Buraq Wall becomes the Wailing Wall, and Mount Jerusalem becomes the Temple Mount, and so on...
The Zionist media used some influential Arab figures who hold an Israeli passport and publish content that is popular with the masses, such as travel or other things. In order to promote it and use different terms such as: peaceful coexistence, that Israel is a state of peace and that it wants all Islamic, Christian and Jewish religions to live together in peace.
The goals of the Zionist entity's media are to strengthen the Jews and terrorize and intimidate the Arabs in general, and the Palestinians in particular. As well as propaganda to promote the Zionist idea and the strength of the Israeli entity.
Israel has made every effort to attract Palestinian and Arab followers to its media screens, broadcasts, and newspapers. The Mossad succeeded in bringing down many people and getting them to work for it. As for the Israeli satellite channel in Arabic, it was established at the beginning of 2001, and its primary goal is to deliver false daily messages to Arabs about life in the Zionist entity, and to hide its aggressive policy with camouflage and deception. This is in addition to another satellite channel, I24. In addition to the electronic press and social media that publish reports biased towards the Israeli story.
Israel sought by all means to cover up its crimes against the Palestinians, by keeping the media away from the systematic oppression of the Palestinians. But it witnessed more cruelty in the years when there were popular revolutions and Palestinian national uprisings. During all of these events, the occupation targeted the media with violent methods, and even killed many journalists, injuring dozens of them, causing them permanent disabilities, in addition to destroying television headquarters for allegedly inciting violence.
