Hi there....i have been going to gym for over a year now....earlier my wait was 98 kgs ..now it has came down to 76 kgs...there is no instant formula to lose weight...my recomendation is that u should not lift much heavy weights..and reduce amount of supplement u r taking...eat more salad and drink lemon juice early at morning and at night ...this has worked for me.
