I was like uh, I bought you a ring and stuff.. you want to get married and she was like omg you bet!

then she put out, it rocked.

First time I was asked in front of the church where he asked me out. The saying about finding a good man at church......ppfffffffttt!!!

Now for the most important one----TheCaptain!

Jon was coming to NY for a visit on March 6.

At 7am on March 5th, when I punched in to work, I was paged to the main office for a delivery. There was 10 red roses, 10 white roses in a vase along with a card from him. At 10am I was paged back to the office for another delivery, 3 red roses, 3 pink roses, and a box of tissues!!

I was being told if I get one more delivery I was going to be mugged in the parking lot for my flowers or they wouldn't even call me and let me know they were there.

12:30 rolled around, lunchtime, and I was paged again!!! I went down to the office looking for the delivery and there was nothing on the counter......but two hands covered my eyes from behind and "I told you there was more coming!" was whispered in my ear. He flew in early to surprise me!!

That was just the beginning....the set-up. After I took him for a tour of my job, he got down on one knee in front of the machine I work on and asked me if I remembered all the times I made him happy when he asked for things, (like if we could chat, he could have my number, be my boyfriend....) and I said yes. Then he asked me to be his wife so he could spend the rest of his life making me happy.

Of course I was crying and said yes-----then was bombarded by my friends who were all watching by this point!!

We went away to the mountains for the weekend.. Rented a beautiful cabin at a place called Gold Lake...

Had a couples aromatherapy massage...Dinner drinks.. We went for a walk by the lake afterwars, it was quiet, still the water looked like glass...We sat down on the rocks next to the water, he sat next tome.. took the ring out of his pocket and proposed.. It was beautiful..then i found ut he was a freakin psycho and left him 2 months later...

sometimes all you really need is the honeymoon anyway, right?

Just to set everything straight. Spending as much time as we have on the phone, and text messages, and computer time, I have learned some of Eileen's past. I won't go into detail, but just say that everything that went into proposing to this amazing woman had only one idea behind it. That she would remember that day for the rest of her life. Whatever it meant to achieve that, thats what I would do. Thats what this woman means to me.

She sent me an ecard, thought it was a joke.

She posted her divorce anouncement on the nieghborhood list serv, not a joke.
