Open to opinions of my profile. Wondering why I can't seem to meet anyone interested in me? I am 50 but have the heart of a 25 year old, and gold. I am beginning to like living alone when I think about a man living with me and picking up after him and watching his tv shows, cooking and cleaning with no help. Seriously, I want to find someone who respects me and visa vera! Are our standards to high? Are men my age looking for the prettiest girl and not looking for a great personality? Are men with beer bellys, bad teeth, and dirty fingernails my only choice? What is going on with my generation? I can handle beer bellys, baldness is sexy, tattoos are ok, a great personality is the most important along with a great smile.

Sorry bout your luck Fair. I am older than you and date a whole lot younger. They are more fun and not expecting me to take care of them. It just works. Maybe you should try it Either way post in the forums and you will make lots of great friends.

Sad to say but in this day and age most people are like animals,they are atracted to the brightest colors of their mate and what stands out the most.Second,distance plays a factor also because studies prove that long distance relationships do not last because you can not spend the time you need to get to know the person.So most of the people that you find that intrest you are always to far away.

Thanks for your replies. And yes Fade, I agree younger men are more fun and they do seem to be attracked to me as I do look like a teacher or nurse. They have a lot of energy..... if you know what I mean..... It would be nice to have someone all grown up though

I must say I have seen women do the same things,so no it is just not men.People are like moth's,we are drawn to what we think will keep us interested.Do we get bored easy? Of course.

So what are we to do to find a soulmate? I guess I have to admit that I have acted like animal, one or twice...lol, but it seems to be getting old. I'd rather a serious relationship with someone who brings the animal out in me.
