oh my Vun has a sense of humor, i love it!!
I am with you Barbus. I canna stand those eveil bred orcs. |

only thing more vile than an orc is a goblin. and that is saying something

"Whatever you do with that gold, make sure the Marshall doesn't see your wealth. He will surely want to tax that since the treasury is low from the plunder it suffered," Boromir says as he double checks his small pouch of gold attached to his belt. Ah yes. we ran into that marshall fellow last night too. Of all the rotten... That Marshall had the brass to come into my academy and try to recruit me for the Royal Guard... Does he not remember it was his men who were after me just a short time ago? As if I was responsible for the break ins? Knowing he could have tossed me back in prison, I had to keep myself from showing him the business end of one of my fireballs. |

***Boromir thinks to himself, why did he even mention taxes.***

thats okay Barbus. I didn't like him much either I didn't particularly care for the Marshall either, which is strange because I typically like everybody. |
|
|
|
Oh, I remember, and trust me if I had had more time there would be one less camp of goblins roaming around outside
|
|

"I guess nobody likes a man who asks for taxes," replies Boromir. The marshall and his taxers are not very liked I suppose. Fortunate for me I never make enough to get taxed," laughs Boromir.

Someday my friend. *Thinks to himself and says* I wonder if I am going to be taxed for working for my hobbit friend next door... |

"Oh so you found work! That is great. Where do you work and what do you earn?" Boromir asks.
"I earn 10 gold pieces a day and don't get taxed. Now if I claimed my tips maybe they would tax me, but fortunately they don't check this tavern. I think Criani has good relations with the Marshall for I haven't seen a tax inspector since I worked here in this tavern," Boromir says. To tell you the truth I wouldn't know what the starting rate is to be taxed. Maybe your boss picks that up with his business he has," Boromir finishes. |

There is a hobbit next door that just needs littls tasks done around town. Gathering worms to use as bait and such things as that. The work is easy and the pay is not bad for it. He gives me 14 gold a day for gathering some worms.

"Well if you excuse me. I will have to fix the rooms upstairs. Maybe I will be a little loud on purpose to wake that snoring bard up there. I could use some music to lift some spirits and I find his magical harp quiet amusing.
If you don't mind watch the tavern in the meantime for me," Boromir says as he slowly walks up the stairs. |
