constantly. I over analyze things way too much and always assume everyone else does too. I always worry that people will read into what I say and how I phrase things so if it's a conversation that could have some hidden meaning I plan out my wording too much.. ah well haha

your conversations before actually having them? No. I just pretty much say what I'm going to say. Wait..that's not entirely true. Sometimes when I want to stay home from work and I have to come up with a good excuse, I rehearse it before I call in.

All the time .... I have complete conversations and arguments in my head . I analyze what i'm going to say until I totally psyche myself out and then I just don't say anything . It's good to find out that i'm not the only person who does this .
