i havent what hsould i eat or should i skip that and wiat till 12 and jsut eat at 12 mmmmmmmmmmmm lunch in stead of breakfast

heck i havent eatten breakfast in years!!!!!!!!! i normally eat one meal a day...and thats around 4:30pm....if i feel like eatting at all

yep yep..I had some oatmeal with strawberries:D. You should have a breakfast burrito..it can be considered a brunch somewhat...and they're delicious.

i eat three times normally but small meals since iam on diet ahhaa ince a week iam on diet or twice.......i lost 20 pounds .........at one point

eat six small meals a day, you'll keep losing weight, not be hungry, and feel better energywise, plus your metabolizm will change for the better. unless your hormones are off...then everything will go in reverse, and your body will feed off your muscle mass.

i should eat sic times but iam not hungry that much.....i used too eat like sometiems 8 times a day and lost 20 pounds in two months

Gee whiz! If I don't eat breakfast, I get headachy and dizzy and mean-ish!! Probably blood sugar or something. And, I take vitamins and supplements and drink coffee, so I'm sure those have an effect on me if I don't follow up with nutrition.
I had 2 high fiber waffles w/lo fat marg, lo-cal syrup, 2 turkey sausage patties, glass of kid's vitamin enriched OJ!! flowerforyou

it's hard to keep up, that's for sure. i'm lucky if i can do it as well, but i usually eat five. also, margerine is one molocule away from plastic....flys won't even touch it. lowfat organic butter instead....just a suggestion, not forcing anyone here, but the facts on margerine are bad.......how did you eat 8 times a day, wow. snack baggies of veggies?
