To me sex is a factor in a relationship, not the center. If you build everything on sex, someday it all will slow down ALOT. Greer, like riding a bike, it will all come back.     I agree with you sage,If so much focus is put on sex I think you are setting yourself up for disappointment.Life happens, when my husband was ill sex was farthest from my mind. But affection and tenderness were still there.Three yrs without didn't kill me.I don't want a relationship were a great sex life is the deal breaker because I would question were you would be if were injured or dieing.Only my opinion. Well said carolann... Some of the best of times were the tenderness...looking at him when he was sleeping...stroking his beautful smooth skin, touching his hair when he was sleeping.. good sex yes yes...but let it be with a caring person...a person who means something to you

Why do people think that sex is so important?Would you leave your mate over it?Could be a health problem or old age.There are so many other ways to show and share your love and your life. Some like it and some do not . When it is necessary for one , it is hard to live without it . No wonder some cultures have more than one partner at one time .  .
