Hello my name is bigboydray66230 and I would like to know If I can use a web cam on this site or not? If so how do I go by setting this up for use?

Nope the site is not set up in order ro use a webcam yet

Dray, you should be able to use that webcam to take some still photographs of yourself which you could upload to the site, so other people can at least see some photographs of you.
