I learned that lesson here also. Her profile said body type "average", and she bragged about being chased by all these guys at the bar and how she was a hot chic "no kidding here". Met her at my breakfast place after work and she was 5'2 and over 250 lbs. Then I realized why she had only old headshots and angle pics. Alot of people lie and misrepresent themselves here

I kinda think it is to late to back paddle if you already told him you didn't have any attraction for him?I think you know the answer but are clouded by his kindness.I have been there and know it is hard you want to do the right thing.

be honest tell him how you really feel. try to do it without being mean.

If he really is all these other things I think the first thing I would do is talk to him about how he felt about taking off a few pounds. And explain gently that you think he is great otherwise but that the extra weight is a physical turn off for you. If you are trying to lose weight yourself be a pal and help him down the weight loss road. Everyone needs a cheerleader. If he isn't willing to work on the extra lbs then the call to not see you anymore is in his court, as you have been honest about how you feel and offered your support in fixing the problem.
