My water to my house was turned off while I was in Idaho, so I have been staying at Mom's until I could pay the bill today. They told me someone would be here between 3 pm and 8 pm to turn it back on....... It's not working!! Is there something I have to do to get the water to work? (other than turning the handle to the sink..... )

not if the water people came and turned it back on.. it should be ok.. they probibly ment a week from monday!!!!! lol

(other than turning the handle to the sink..... ) Call them back and make sure of the date they are supposed to come out, if your water is not running and they say they have been out already tell them it is not working.

"between 3 pm and 8 pm" to them could be afew days later at like 10 or 11pm

I tried to call them but they were closed and there is no emergency number to call. I wasn't here to find out if they came

All they told me when I paid the bill today was, Someone will be there between 3 and 8 pm to turn it back on.......does that mean it will be 3 and 8 any day they choose?????

No it is town water and neither one works...........and Captain's answer is come back to Idaho, right away!!

maybe u have to prime the pump.. well water????? I don't think they can shut off well water, as well I don't think you would have to pay for it.

First get 3 candles put them in a triangle. Then spit into a cup until it is full. then run around the candles yelling the water 5000 times by then it will be on or you will be somewhere where there is running water and lots of people to talk too.. its simple

do, you know where the meter is ? if so take a cresent wrench out to it , look down and you will see a small lever turn the lever counter clock wise and you should have water again !
