Hi all...I can't believe I ate that much McDonald's breakfast.  I need drop down and do 100 situps...Yeah, like thats going to happen..
Bet the kids at school would pay money to see that 
 can you pick me up a sausage & egg Mc Muffin next time? how about 50 situps( i'll do some too  )50 instead of 100-give the kids a break at half price

I have to get myself together this morning. Have a lunch meeting and afternoon meeting. Other than that brought work home. Much more comfortable here than at office.
