depends why im upset. if someone has done something bad i get angry, but when im upset because ive had bad news i just cry and need a hug, ive just go no one to hug

If I get sad or disappointed upset, tears maybe, depression and again, walk away. |

no just over heat when i am upset and my blood turns to acid and i can feel the tension and ringing in my ears and than i take a deep breath and count to ten but being upset just means you gotta stop and think so that is what i do before i react or at least try...sorry for the run on sentences...

She is no longer with me as of last week though. She was 17 1/2 and she went into kidney failure and had to go to sleep. She was the best girl in the world and I miss her terribly.

It totally depends on why I'm upset. It's different for different reasons.
horribly sad - like beyond depression: I can't eat, think or sleep Angry: stay out of my way, I'm a B---- to anyone and everyone even nice people Depressed: I don't move from my couch and I tend to eat everything in sight Those are the main reactions |
