How can meet a single guys in the Cleveland ohio area? Where to start? How to get to know them better first than not to jump to fast?

I don't know for sure. But I heard that all of the men in Cleavland moved. They were ashamed of the new football season coming up. So I guess that NCshould be your next choice.
