Laura (ljcc1964) has got to the funniest woman that I've ever talked to in my life. She has has me almost pee myself on numerous occasions. And she doesn't stop when you ask her to, she just keeps on going, until you have to look away.

She has a big heart, too.. I can hear the smiles in her voice when she talks about her sons. That's something that cannot be faked.

She is, by far, the most beautiful woman my eyes have ever seen. My breath gets caught in my chest everytime that I see her- even if it's just a picture of her..

Intelligent, too !?!.. Damn.. She makes me feel retarded at times. I have a decent IQ, but this woman... sheesh. She has forced me to look up ALOT of words, just so I can keep up with the conversation, but it's not like she does it to be superior- sometimes small words don't have the desired intent, or meaning.

Now, I'm gonna brag about another friend I have.

manofmysteries (Keith). He and I met way back in 91. He is the son of of one my best buddies, and has since also become one of my best buddies. He has gone through some really difficult times, healthwise.

He is the ONLY person known to have survived the two diseases he has. TTP, the first one, is basically your white blood cells (which fight infections) killing off your healthy red blood cells. He had to have numerous complete blood transfusions, and finally, chemo, to help knock out the disease. When he started going through this, I was on the cusp of finding God again, after going full circle with religion. I went to visit him in the hospital, and I cried when I saw him hooked up to all the hoses and tubes. About two months after he got out of the hospital, he told me that he realized just how bad-off he was when I told him that I had been praying for him, and that it would all be okay.

His second disease was kick-started by the chemo. It's nowhere as bad as TTP, but it has left him needing a cane to walk, or a scooter to ride on. Since this happened to him, he has gone back to college, and just graduated from Beloit University with a BA in Archaeology. I'm so proud of him..
