Have you ever been fooled by someone that you THOUGHT you knew very well? For instance, someone you thought was mature, kind and intelligent, turns out to be vicious, conniving and immature... Were you hurt? What did you do?

a- for a year i thought he was wanting marriage and kids. i thought he was in love and that he was faithful.

yah none of that was true

d- he made me fall in love. he did all the little things that sweeps a girl off her feet. he asked me to marry him. he set up this magical life.

then two days after the wedding plans were set he needed a break and i havnt spoken to him since.

both fooled me into thinking they were people that they werent.


and as far as what i did about it. taught myself not trust.

Sure...the stbx. Maybe not vicious...(well, at least not till it came time for division of property), but certainly conniving & immature. It hurt like he!!...and left me questioning how well I know anyone. I did the only sane thing...I got the he!! away from him!

No...I've had someone change while we were seeing each other...but nothing that drastic. That would really suck!
