How is everything with you today?

thanks for the coffee (((flame))). I'm doing well with the no smoking. It's been over a month now. Still chewing the cinnamon gum when necessary, but doesn't seem quite as often now. Although, when I went to have that test done the other day at the hopsital.....they weighed me.....I've gained 5 pounds in the past month since I quit smoking. Not good....but I will remedy that soon!!!!

I haven't got a clue as what's been happening here on Mingle2...I read bits and pieces here and there. CAT...you apparently quit smoking and sage ....music is still sleeping? do you mean musichic?

hey (((Grey))), yeah I quit smoking a month ago when they scared the sh*t out of me about my EKG being abnormal, then having to see the
Cardiologist every week to get all those tests done. Just quit cold turkey!!!!

Music is there at Sage's for a big confernece in Omaha.

Yes, musichic arrived wednesday nite.
Involved in the same supplement business as me.
Large conference her this weekend.
Will be in meetings all day today.
Carol's plane leaves 2:00PM sunday.

not sure if it's sheer willpower or the want/motivation to quit because of having the sh*t scared out of me about my health. Maybe both. But I had a co-worker as me the other day....if the tests all came back OK about my heart if I would go back to smoking. I told her NO because I really don't miss it or have a great desire to smoke. Not to mention the money I've saved. Think, I'll buy me something special with that money I've saved......Music and Sage know what it is I want to buy.

Met a guy has lost 25lbs, in just over 4 weeks.
Never watched what he ate before, "Osolean" & diet is really working for him.
Ladies are all talking about shoping for new clothes, for many frst time they can think about smaller sizes.

I'm down to 94 pounds from around 118 a year ago. I guess the stress I'm going through with my 2 older kids is what is doing it to me.

Yep, stress will do that to ya. We need to fatten you up some ((((Grey)))). It's no wonder you were sick with the pneumonia a while back. All that stress had taken it's toll on you.
