Good mornng everyone :) Grey like the pic :) Thank for the coffee hg. July how many grandkids do you have. :) Went to see the baby last night so sweet :) Grandma massaged her legs and feet and arms she has long feet and fingers too cute.

Sure do keep me going. Aw, not as long as this week has been. Have a gig for a couple of hours tonight. Be home by 9, but have to be up early tomorrow morning. Guess I'll have to take a nap tomorrow afternoon.

Leave the past where it belongs, in the past. My brother's heart is fine. However, docs want to investigate some more to figure out what caused his discomfort. Needs to see a pulomonary specialist. Haven't heard anymore. In the meantime, taking it easy. Doing my happy dance this morning. Pounds and inches continue to melt off. Woohoo Excitement is starting to spread to coworkers. Yet another support system. That always helps.
