i made it through the first 24 hours of not smoking!!!!

Good job!! I quit cold turkey. Here's a tip, have one of your friends tell you that if you start smoking again, that they will lose all respect for you, that's what helped me. I've been 4 almost 5 mos clean. lol.

i was smoking for years despite how young i am..

but last week after my trip to the emergancy room i kinda realized how bout it was..

You can do it! I smoked my last one yesterday at 5pm (it's almost 6pm now) I want to run out to the store sooooo bad! It's like the 15th time in the last 2 years I attempted to quit. frustrated

Wonderin if Pinky made it or if she caved last night and smoked one?

I am still going storng..have'nt had one since 5 o' clock on Friday! I want one baaaaad! Tommarrow will be the real test for me! Monday morning frustrated
