Two part matinee on Saturdays ( I was Annie Oakley) sneakers with different coloured laces ( that one was waaaay too silly) but we loved it different coloured ribbons tied on the tops of our heads, a pressed crease down the back of your school shirt, Oh the good times

Oh man you guys have brought back so many memories......all dorky yet still somehow cool....except for the cordouroy comment Audie...gave me the willies just thinking about the "Whiffing" sound they made when I walked. Didn't help that they were high waters! I used to actually want to go to "Fantasy Island"...coincidentally about the same time I discovered Playboy....go figure.

Captain Stuebing was cool but I liked Gopher and the cute chick/niece/cruise director! Dude! I STILL have my Slayer "Root of all Evil" T-shirt! But, nothing will top Reign in Blood!

The problem would be...I would be forced to break out my KC and the Sunshine band album...You would be forced to do an interpretive dance...Of "Fame"... and a tear in the cosmic fabric would re-release disco onto an unsuspecting world. (Oh the horror!) Other than that...you are hot! Ya gotta smile at that concept babydoll!

I once complemented a girl on her beautiful Farrah Fawcett hair. She stopped talking to me. She is a heck of a lot better looking than what is considered good looking these days. Not that looks count but I didn't know Farrah so it's all I have to go on.

Swatch watches lined up your arm. Red high top Reebok tennies. Parachute pants with hot pink zippers. Rainbow colored leg warmers. "Pegging" your jeans and wearing boat shoes with them. Mullets and "tails"....... Trapper Keepers. Those t-shirts that changed colors when you touched them. Stirrup Pants. God, I loved the 80's!!!
